REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Dhanpat Rai Books, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide quality products. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, if not already processed or shipped.
• To request cancellation, contact us at mail@dhanpatrai.in.

2. Returns & Replacements

• Returns are accepted only in case of wrong, damaged, or defective books.
• Requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order with proof (photo/video).
• Returned product must be unused, in original condition, with proof of purchase.

3. Refunds

• Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after verification.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.

4. Non-Refundable Items

E-books, digital downloads, and products marked “non-returnable” are not eligible.
